We are real estate investors who are on a mission to provide an alternative means to becoming homeowners. We started our journey in investing in 2022. Our goal is to become the most trusted partners for Lease Options or Rent to Own homeownership. We also are a source for other investors that desire to take advantage of the great opportunities real estate provides for income growth and asset protection. 

In addition to real estate investing we operate a cattle and sheep ranch in Northern Colorado for the last 10 years. We have 4 wonderful kids that we hope to bring into the business in the future. 

John has worked in Commercial Construction for the past 20 years along the Front Range of Colorado and has developed a love for buildings and an in depth knowledge of how they come together. 

Alyssa home schools the kids and manages the day to day operations of the ranch as well as the details of the real estate business.
